Portland Oregon's Old Town Sign on April 22, 2014

Pop & Paint "popped" up at Kells Brew Pub located on NW 21st Ave for a fun, relaxing, evening of painting. Even though it was cold and rainy outside, our group was inside all nice and warm sipping on some tasty happy hour beverages while learning to paint one of Portland's famous icons - the Old Town Sign. Even though the original image was set during the Holiday Season, our instructor, Suzanne Olvey, helped everyone create a more spring-time setting for this painting!

Some decided to include a more colorful landscape with flowers, while others decided to mix it up and paint everything on the opposite side! That's one of the great things about a Pop & Paint event, we encourage you to be as creative as you want and paint outside the box...just not the canvas!
